The Brundage Downtown Store is excited to accept applications for Retail & Fly Shop Sales Associates! Both part-time and full-time positions available for the current season with opportunities in the winter as well. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. This position can expect to start work immediately!
The Sales Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
-Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
-Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
-Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services in the retail shop, Brundage Mountain Resort and the McCall area
-Representing Brundage with professionalism and a positive attitude

Brundage Downtown Store includes unique Brundage Mountain, McCall, Payette Lake and Idaho gear as well as a full-service fly fishing shop with guided fishing tours. Applicants to this position are required to be knowledgeable in the features and use of fly fishing equipment. Familiarity of area fishing waters is a bonus and additional training will be available.
Applicants should have experience in customer service, cash handling and operating a Point of Sale system. This is a fun, fast paced environment. We are looking for outgoing individuals with energetic personalities who can smile even when business gets hectic. Any sales experience is a big plus!
Pay DOE. Compensation includes a Brundage Mountain Season Pass for the current season being worked, as well as food, retail, equipment rental, day care, Ski & Ride School discounts when available.
