We are in search of a dynamic 2 person team to manage a small 10 guest all-inclusive fly fishing lodge on the Madison River. Ideal candidates will have an interest in beyond the 2020 season and need to work closely with our executive chef and head fishing guide as a team. Employment begins in late April and continues through October. Responsibilities include greeting guests and providing services throughout their stay including guest services, sourcing and purchasing lodge supplies, housekeeping, property management and assisting our executive chef with meal preparation and dinner services. A strong hospitality background is preferred for at least one of the individuals. Ideal candidates are couples that can share provided employee housing and work well together to accomplish the various daily tasks. Our main office handles all guest bookings, payment collection and guide bookings so our lodge managers can focus on lodge operations.
