We’re searching for a chef at our small Northeastern California fly fishing lodge. The season begins in late April and continues through mid-October. Responsibilities include menu planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, hors d’ouerves, and dinner for 4-10 guests daily, shopping (vehicle provided) and supervision of relief chef.
Antelope Creek Lodge is a small, 4-bedroom (maximum 8-guest) fly fishing lodge in the northeast corner of California mid-way between Mt. Shasta, CA and Klamath Falls, OR. The ranch is isolated and quiet. Occasionally we entertain larger (12-16 person) groups. The 4 plus-day a week job includes excellent (private, furnished) accommodations, a competitive salary, guaranteed monthly income, shared gratuities, meals (while working), wi-fi, phone, TV, Satellite, two full days off each week, and a wonderful work environment in the heart of Klamath National Forest.
Regional candidates (Northern California/Southern Oregon) are preferred for an immediate personal interview. It is an intimate setting with a great deal of guest interaction during the work day. Conversational skills, a pleasant personality and neat appearance are expected.

We are advertising (separately/locally) for a relief chef (4 days/week), however couples interested in job-sharing both positions are invited to apply.
